History: In 1988, the Ex Officio brand label was introduced. In April 2007, Jarden acquired ExOfficio. Jarden is a leading provider of niche consumer products used in and around the home, and ExOfficio falls under their outdoor solutions. The ExOfficio brand continues to be a prime innovator for technical travel apparel.
